Sooooooooooo miss Flo!!!!!! Been going since it opened and I feel a great deal of sadness that it has new ownership. I have a fondness for the owners and the staff and will miss them all so much. I came here many times weekly and felt like they were my family.

Nice little sushi restaurant in Bellevue, a little more formal seating for a sit down dinner in the quiet dining area. We started with agedashi tofu and sake, which was excellent. We then had the Chirashi which was very tasty with high quality salmon, tuna, shrimp, yellowtail, and other delicacies. Service was very attentive. All in all, a good experience.

This was a recommendation from a co-worker, my kid loved it. Great selection, service is good too. The sake flights are good. The server was very informed and knowledgeable about the menu and the sakes. Definitely a place we will come back to. Ambiance seemed nice and peaceful. Parking can be a hassle.

Polite service. Traditional menu. Tamago Egg dish was watery, like the fluffiness looks cool but the flavor lacked. Can't complain about the sushi, it was fresh. The salads were good. The seaweed salad was interesting and delicious and the beef appetizer was tasty. Could have been more to the drink menu but I don't expect much from a traditional sushi place. I think this place would do better with an updated menu and a little more edginess to the dishes. The Black Cod and the Gomae were done well. The decor was non-offensive, traditional and forgettable. Appreciated the offer of a free ice cream for our celebration.

Went here for a friends birthday dinner. Food was amazing and wonderful quality. The tempura calamari is so delicious and lightly breaded. It had a side of black pepper. The seaweed salad was unique and refreshing. I didn't love all of them but there are a variety of different types of seaweed. The red dragon roll was good! The black cod is very delicious and tasty. Everything on the dinner menu is pretty much Ala Carte. Service was great. The waitress was so nice and helpful! Hoping to come back!

Went to FLO for the first time for my Prom dinner so I had the opportunity to try many different dishes. Best sushi I have had outside of Japan! Although pricey, if you want the best sushi in the area, this is the spot no question. Prior to eating at FLO, sushi was sushi and where I got it didn't really matter. I would say that this experience is what created the separation between "good sushi" and "eh sushi". Everyone who says they like sushi MUST try FLO. Also, if you come here, get the Philly roll. Thing is otherworldly. Bonus: The waiters and owners (who were actually there hand making the sushi) are all so nice and welcoming!
